Still, I am at least getting to practice my Spanish. Although nobody understands it, so can't say anything back.
Cork - it's very green. Very green indeed. And also very wet. But there you go. At least it's not as wet as England...
Well, still not quite in South America. But slightly closer. Or at least further west. County Cork, Ireland, for a week or so of pop music - legendary popster Roy Harper playing what could possibly be the last of his annual three nights at De Barras, Clonakilty. And we've had two of them so far. Marvellous, they were, too. Marvellous, you hear? Anyway, Angela and me have been wandering around the locality, visiting stone circles in Drombeg, breweries in Cork and beaches in Inchydoney. Which is all very nice. And Roy's last night is tonight. We leave tomorrow, back to London for a week or so, then fly to Quito (well, I do) on Thursday 9th.
