Today we woke up to our usual big breakfast to visit some key places in Washington. We first went to the Jefferson memorial which over looked a lake and you could see the White House from there as well. Then we went to the Roosevelt memorial which showed the four terms of his president life. The Martin Luther King JR memorial was spectacular because the middle of a mountain was cut out and dragged twenty metres and then his body was carved in the rock. Last of all we went to the Korean war memorial and the Lincoln memorial where we got some very interesting info. On the way back we saw the White House.
