We had time to relax a little back at the Holiday Park where we spent the night. I jumped in a pool to cool off and we were off to ride a camel to dinner. The first group, about 12 camels with 2 riders, left as the sun was setting. At the restaurant we sampled the narive foods, kangaroo sausage, smoked camel, home made bread with dipping oil that was sprinkled with spices, and dates. We then had a delicious home cooked 3 course dinner. The dessert was famous Sticky Date Pudding.
