The Cayes

The beach vacation continues on Caye Ambergris, where I landed a couple of days ago. Caye Ambergris is one of the most heavily touristed parts of Belize, plus they speak English here, so it doesn't really feel very foreign, but there is great snorkling, wildlife, and the swimming here. I'm hoping to snorkling over the Blue Hole and see some sharks while I'm here.
Since Tulum, I've visited the Coba ruins in Mexico, where I climbed a tall pyramid and then shook in my boots the whole way down. On the trails arouns the ruins I saw a coati eating seeds and bugs on the side of the trail. I then slowly made my way to the Cayes. I plan on traveling to San Ignacio to do some jungle trekking in a few days, and I'll write more then. Here are some of the photos of Coba and Ambergris Caye.

Those ruins look ridicules! Are there any places where you can actually go into the temples? or you can you only trek over/around them?
