We have finished with the andean countries ... it is sad ... all the andean/Quechua culture is behind us after 3.5 months of it. It is a totally different atmosphere that we can see since we have crossed the border: a lot more european, with restaurants, cafes, cinemas. People as well look more like europeans than "incas". After the first look, Argentina is way different from Europe, people are very proud about their country and culture and they like to show it. They are very friendly with poor tourists like us and make sure that we are enjoying their country, which is appreciable !
Salta is a beautifull region: it looks a bit like the far west and it is a wine region so as you can guess we have come back to our bad habits ... drinking wine.
