So we took the first train heading to France, planning to visit the countryside. The most intresting aspect of interrail ticket is that you can do what you want: you don't like the place you just reached? Catch the next train and go.

So me first moved to Lille, planning to contine onward to Bretagne on the next day. We stopped in Lille for the night, we were tired for travelling so much this day (remeber we had a 17-kg backpack on our back, plus some bag in hand that we used to carry food supplies that we didn't finish the days before), we just made a quick walk in Lille before going to sleep in a hotel in downtown. Lille is a nice town, but we hadn't time to visit it so I can't give you any more advice.

Our room in the hotel has sealed window and air conditioning, it was cheap but we didn't like the cold look of the hotel (but we could also have been influenced by the fact that this was the first night in a hotel after 10 days in campsites and hostel dormitories).
