There is only a couple of Home games left for the Crusaders in the super 14 and we managed to get 5 tickets for the match against the Hurricanes friday nite.. Karl who is still ill couldnt make it so brain suzanna john alison and me headed for Jade stadium friday nite and seats again front row in the Tui's stand. We ended up having a pretty quiet nite as a few of us had overdone it the nite before but still managed to get a free Tui's hat scarf which Alison ended up comandering and we later used it to tie our legs together to have a three legged race.. the match wasnt the most exciting and the crusaders won 23-13.
Saturday it was up early for me and off i went to meet Dylan a welsh guy i met watching a match a few months back.. Anyway saturday nite was to be Jackie's (who works in bog) going away party and she wanted everyone to turn out in fancy dress. So myself and Dylan went to a costume store and after much procrastinating we got matching 1920's style gangster outfits..
Off i went then to watch a local rugby league match with cliff in which Dylan was playing. Managed to get in some badminton training then saturday nite which was good and home then for a quick change into me costume complete with hat and mascara moustache. Met up with the lads then on the way to the bog.. it turned out to be a really funny nite with everyone dressed up and also a pretty late nite. Sunday required a serious lie in and managed to get a load of shoppin done and went to see Pan's Labryinth in the cinema as well. Another short week ahead with Anzac day wednesday ..so another paid day off from work..nice one.
