Hello Everybody
I want to start by saying that Kenya and tanzania are beautiful countries. I don't have much time so I will just try to give you a brief synopsis of what I have been up to. But first before I update you I will let you know a little bit of what I'm doing here For the first three weeks of my trip I will be participating in a learning tour with MCC on HIV and AIDS. We are going around to different villages and cities and learning about the programs that they have.
When we were in Kenya we went to the village of Njile. It is in western Kenya in Massai land. This is one of the most beautiful places that I ever been. It is in the middle of the rift valley. It was really awesome it was really cool to see the programs that they have and the creative ways that they overcome there challenges
After that we returned to Nairobi. From Nairobi we went to Arusha. Well in Arusha we met with a doctor that does palliative care here. It was really interesting. The next day we rode the longest most interesting bus ride that I have ever been on.. It was 13.5 hours. Crazy. And get this there were clowns to entertain us. And there was only a ten minute stop the entire time. Except for the flat tire and the police check.
We are now in Dodoma. We will be here for the next couple days. We had a great swim earlier and will be going for supper shortly. We went to church this morning. It was great they had choirs and singing and dancing it was fun. I will tell you more my next entry I just wanted to write a quick note to say what we are up to.

. I was really impressed. We were also shown amazing hospitality, camped, and visited several homes. After that we returned to Nairobi. From Nairobi we went to Arusha.
