Wednesday 27th August
As you can imagine it was hard to wake up this morning after being wide awake in the middle of the night. You may find it funny to know that Steve and I are sleeping in my parent's caravan!! It is actually much better than our RV in America for 3 reasons (1) because the bed is a full size bed so my feet don't get cramped at the end and (2) because Holly and Zach are sleeping in the house! (3) we don't have to worry about where we are going to stay each night.
Holly and Zach were also awake in the night and we left some food out for them as I knew they would wake up starving at about 2 am! I was right and they helped themselves to ham sandwiches, biscuits and drinks! We didn't hear them because we weren't in the house!
When we finally made it out of bed we had breakfast and a shower and got ourselves organised with unpacking and sorting out bits and pieces.
Steve went out with my Dad and I went out to the supermarket with my Mum.
Like mad fools we decided to go for a ride on the bikes that my mum had organised for us from various friends and relatives. It was a lovely ride, around the beautiful countryside that my parents live in.
