This morning we had a leisurely time having breakfast etc partly due to the heat and partly because we didn't have to go anywhere!
Terry offered to take us for another drive in the car up to a few look out points around Morgantown.
We didn't leave until about 11am so we only had a couple of hours sightseeing time before we had to be back for a family party.
The first place we went to was on the other side of the valley from where we were staying, right on the top of a hill with a rock on the top called sky rock. It was beautiful up there but very hot so it was a bit of an effort to get up there

!We then drove on to another bigger look out in a park called Coopers hill. Just as we parked up and got out of the car we saw another car arrive that looked like the one that my parents were driving. Then we realised that it was my parents! They had my Mum's cousin Tessa with them, and they were on their way back to Sally and Terry's place and must have decided to stop at the same look-out!
So we were able to enjoy this with my parents! We all then drove back to enjoy a family BBQ in the garden at Sally and Terry's for the rest of the afternoon. It was really great for me to catch up with relatives that I wasn't expecting to see. Holly and Zach were very well behaved and joined in with all the adult chit chat. Zach spent a lot of time building more lego inside too.
