Hi everyone

Today was another busy day, we took a trip to the Gold Coast (about an hour or so away) to the Sea world center which was brilliant.

It has been a boiling hot day by my standards and just 'hot' by aussie standards for a winters day anyway !. It was so nice to go somewhere like this and not Q for ages.

Zoe being Zoe worked out the times of all the shows so we didn't miss one ! Welcome to Sea World

. First we saw the water ski / Wipe-out show which was loads of fun but there wasn't any shade so we spent a lot of the time moaning about the heat or hiding under Zoe's umbrella, half way through Ellen asked when it was going to start, so not such a hit with her.

Next came a Sesame Street stage show which Ellen really enjoyed even though I'm not sure she knew who they were.

The Fish Detectives was fun with the sea lions, the sea-lions were pretty good at acting but not so sure about the people, We all enjoyed that whilst munching on a huge ice cream, yum yum (mint choc chip is spearmint choc chip) strange people :)

The Dolphin show was amazing, we all sat open mouthed at the things they could do. Definitely a favorite.

Lastly we went to see a 4D show called 'Planet SOS', It was the best, everyone ducking, diving and shouting and of course feeling very daft for doing so also the sexy looking glasses helped us look extra 'special'

In between all that Ellen went on lots of rides, on her own now because she is soooooo grown up.

It was a long day so we decided to get fish and chips for everyone at home. Bed was about 8.30 !!  lol
