Before we left Booyna Amagara I complained about the rubbish guide and was ignored by the hotel - so we got a little annoyed and asked to see the boss , who we were told was sleeping. After realising we were not going to get anywhere we just decided to leave and hope the next person gets a better quality of service.

We got a motorboat back to the overlanders and had a cold drink there with Bonnie and Mike - it is amazing how much you appreciate cold drinking and flush toilets after such a short amount of time!
Then the waiter/owner came over and said the manager of Booyna Amagara was on the phone and wanted to talk to Karl. He apologised for the guide and offered us a free night in his sister hotel in Kabale, which we were shocked and impressed with.

Unfortunately the Amagara hotel has a nightclub next door that plays music until 2am on Sundays so we didn't sleep very well - but the room was nice and they did an excellent vege curry with coconut sauce and chapatti and rice!
