Cant believe there was no delays on our flights it all went smooth.  Jo'berg airport has lounges that we used fluffy towels and a power shower it was like heaven after 8 days it was well overdue. We felt like new people after that we had caught sleep on the flight here got 3 seats and lay down so ready for the beach.

It was a propeller plane in here they are so tiny, served some lovely food with a beer and a wine and we touched town in paradise.  We upgraded from our tent included in the camping tour we were joining to a beach hut looking over the sea it was so nice not to be in a tent.

Over the 2 days we did our deep dive certification so went down to 25m it all went well but the viability here just now wasn't so good and we never saw any mantas :-(

We did the whale safari tour and in the space of 3 hours we saw humpback whales, lots of dolphins which Marc loves and was able to swim right beside them then best of all we got to jump in 3 times and swim alongside a 30ft whale shark.  Jumping off the boat the visibility wasn't great snorkelling waiting for it then out of nowhere just a few feet below the surface it was swimming right for us.  Marc was flapping elbowing me in the head pushing us out of the way haha so funny it swam below us but the sheer size of it and the fright we got was so funny.

We swam with it two other times, it was so close I could have touched its tail it was massive so graceful and just an amazing experience we were so lucky cause the tours the previous days hadn't seen anything.

We met a couple on the tour and he was living in same area of London as us - how weird. Anyway we spend the afternoon drinking beers in the sunshine by the beach with them till we passed out that night.

We join the Nomads Tour tomorrow for the next 6 days over landing through Mozambique.
