New Year in Sydney, it doesn't get much better than this! Harry had bought us tickets for a Harbour Cruise as my birthday present so we set off with a whole host of other boats in the parade of lights to cruise around the harbour area all night!
We're sure some of you saw the highlights on the news, but the sound and the site of the fireworks were truly amazing and this night is definitely one of the highlights of our trip so far! After much alcohol and dodgey food (to absorb the alcohol!) was consumed we saw the New Year in to probably the best fireworks we have ever seen. It doesn't matter how old you are, fireworks are the best! And as we still have half of our trip to go, what a great year 2006 will be!
