The nice thing about what we are doing is being able to "go where the wind blows us" or at least where locals recommend. One of Larry's suggestions was for us to travel the Tesuque Canyon road and find the Shidoni foundry and gallery. We did, just out of town on a narrow windy road (yet another one - not gravel this time) we found an amazing wonderland, a garden of art;
I have been inspired again, my "earthship" home will have wind mobiles and a meditation bell with which announce your visit - when 'you comin'?

What an orchard

Behind the park is a bronze foundry where many of the pieces are cast and by the roadside is a gallery with such an eclectic mix that whatever your style or medium you would find it here. I just like so many styles it was certainly the place for me, Betsy seemed a bit taken too, yet again no apologies for the number of pictures we took.It's another mobile!

Returning to town the only way to complete an "arty" day was by taking a walk down "gallery alley" AKA Canyon Road: http://canyonroadarts.com This road has over 100 art galleries, studios, speciality shops and restaurants, most in the historic adobe architecture.Canyon Road - fun and fantasy
