This is our 2nd night in Hoi An and we are really enjoying it. There is a great buzz about the place with street stalls, busy markets, restaurants and bars. It is probably best known for its silk trade and every 2nd shop is a tailors. Today we took a bus/boat trip to My Son ruins. We were told it is an area of Hindu temples built in the 9th century. We were lead to believe it was something spectacular but we didn't think it was. Everyone on the bus agreed. Last night we had drinks with some Scottish girls and a "mildly tolerable" Israeli fella. It was good craic. Tomorrow we are heading to Hue for our last night in Vietnam.
