Today we travelled from Rainbow Beach to Noosa, which is a very sought after, quiet, seaside town.

During our stay in Noosa, we spent lots of time at the beach, having BBQ's by the river and generally just chilling out. I really loved everything about Noosa and has been one of my favourite places so far.

On Monday the 15th of November we were lucky enough to get tickets to Australia Zoo on Steve Irwin day, which in Australia is a very big deal, and I feel privilaged to have been there on that special day.

On that day we saw lots of live musicians and actors perform as well as the animals, including croc feeding time with Steve Irwin's family.

We also visited the Australia Zoo Hospital which is entirely funded by the Zoo. it was really sad to see the orphaned babies in the nursery and the koala's that had been injured in road accidents, but  it was also nice to see the vets doing such a fantastic job rehabilitating the animals and treating them.

The 15th was our last night in Noosa so Jen and I spent the evening laying on the beach looking up at the stars. I saw 3 shooting stars and I wished on each one. The sky was so clear and perfect for star gazing. Tonight I felt so lucky to be the other side of the world in such a beautiful place. Travelling is my new favourite hobby!
