Nokia PC Suite, Internet Connection
The following instruction will guide you to connect PC to internet using mobile phone, Nokia, as a modem.
Connect phone to PC
Conect phone to PC then open Nokia PC Suite: Start > Programs > Nokia PC Suite > Nokia PC Suite. The folloing window is displayed.
To connect PC to the internet, go to File menu > Connect to the Internet or click on Connect to the Internet icon

Automatically Connect to the Internet
When you start One Touch Access, it will automatically connect to the Internet after 10 seconds if you do nothing. It does this by detecting the connected phone and by automatically using it as a modem.
One Touch Access also includes a settings wizard, which allows you to configure your connection settings. To start the wizard, click Configure.
Select Modem
Select a modem from the list, Nokia N95 USB Modem, then click on Next button. This modem will be used
when connecting to the network.
Select Network Operator
Choose Configure the connection manually, then click on Next button
Configure the Connection
Fill in "WAP" in ther Access point textbox. Click on Finish
to finish Configuration.
Connecting to the Internet
The last window for internet connection is displayed below.
Click on Connect button
to connect PC to the internet.
The connection is in progress
If connection is successful, the following window will be displayed. But if error, See the possible error messages.
Connected
This window will be displayed when the connection is successfully configured the PC can connect to the internet
Possible Error Messages If One Touch Access cannot establish a network connection, one of the error messages listed below is displayed. Check which corrections you should make and then try to reconnect. The selected device is not connected! Please connect the device and try again. Failed to connect to the network! One Touch Access could not connect to the selected device. Failed to connect to the network! The modem may be used by another application or the modem may not be configured properly. Failed to establish a network connection! One Touch Access failed to establish a network connection. Please check the connection settings. No modem found!
The selected device is not connected! Please connect the device and try again.
You have not connected your phone to the PC or connection to the PC has been lost. Connect your phone to the PC, and then try to establish a network connection in One Touch Access.
Failed to connect to the network! One Touch Access could not connect to the selected device.
This error message is shown for one of the following reasons: The phone is not switched on. Switch on the phone. The phone is not connected to the cable when using cable connection
Failed to connect to the network! The modem may be used by another application or the modem may not be configured properly.
This error message is shown when the modem driver is improperly configured. Change the virtual serial port by reinstalling the modem drivers
Failed to establish a network connection!
This error message is shown for one of the following reasons: Network operator was selected as "Select your network operator from the list". "Configure the connection manually" must be selected to avoid this error message. APN textbox was not filled in correcly or it was blank. The correct APN is "wap".
One Touch Access failed to establish a network connection. Please check the connection settings.
Reconfigure your connection by using the settings wizard in One Touch Access. To do this, click Configure in the One Touch Access main window.
No modem found! Several Bluetooth stacks have been installed on your PC, and you have used one of the stacks to connect your phone to the PC. To solve this problem: Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel, and uninstall the Bluetooth stacks that you are not using at the moment. Note that devices using only the uninstalled stacks may not work properly afterwards. OR Connect your phone to the PC via a USB cable (if available) instead of Bluetooth wireless technology.
