Way better than Managua, Granada is a very busy little town, packed with markets, street vendors and shops. We quickly get accommodation and then go to buy a new camera for Alex, who got it stolen in Costa Rica :-(
Then next day, we set of to Laguna de Apoyo, a gem about an hour away. First we got a bus, then we walk for a looooooooong time, and got there. The road was beautiful though and every now and then we met kids, to whom we gave sweets, or animals. We had a swim in the lagoon, the water was even clearer than the one in San Blas. After that, as soon as we started walking back, a car stopped and drove us all the way back to Granada for free, that was great.
