We crossed the border to Costa Rica this morning, very hassle free although they asked to prove onward ticket, lucky me i had a print of my plane ticket leaving LA in less than 3months.
We jumped of the bus heading to Puerto Limon at Puerto Viejo, it was a pretty random, out of nowhere decision but it worked, as the town, very chilled out, was a gem. The beach had black sand, it was pretty funny rolling in it and see ourseves covered in what seems-to-be dirt. Costa Rica is more expensive than most countries in Central America, but looks like we are going to have a great time here.
