Luckily our hostel here has beautiful outdoor garden areas with abundant hammocks - combine with a cold beer, and we find the cure for airport stress.
From the bus station here it is a short trip to the Iguazu national park, where there is some pretty impressive tourist infrastructure around the falls themselves. First we take the rather cute slow and rattly train up to the top, where catwalks take you over the upper river basin to the very top of the falls
The view from the top is impressive to say the least, and also extremely wet (by this point it has also started to rain which doesn't help). The bottom of the falls is completely obscured by the spray.
We spent the day viewing the falls from every possible perspective, including viewpoints on the island in the middle of the river (which seems to belong to Argentina, even though the river is the border with Brazil).
Next - on to Brazil for more views of the falls!
