After yet another night-train this time in AC 3-tier, we arrived in Kolkata. The capital of West Bengal was surprisingly clean and nice and we found it much more attractive than Delhi. A great city full of energy and charm.

We recommend:
- Sunflower Guest House (best location)
- Flury's for Breakfast
- Peter Cat for Dinner

chandrasekhar and gunter gruss spent short period of time but won nobel
from outside.two most renowned scientist of east-jc bose,sn bose(whose
work had produced several nobel after his death).physician subhas
mukherjee's work also had won nobel in 2010 but he died long ago.plus
legendary director-oscar winner satyajit roy, legendary multi grammy winner
sitarist ravishankar who had great impact on beatles.

but the dark side-city of poverty due to migration from other states and
bangladesh, dusty, dirty roads, lack of hygiene etc for which the city gets a bad
name internationally.it will take tower effort from all migrant from other states
to make it a great city as it was once upon a time.
