Some how we navigate our way from the airport to the rail station and board the correct train for our hostel. Unlike other local trains the doors do not open automatically when the carriage stops and we almost miss our destination with the delay in removing our bags.
In Melborne we search for the National Gallery of Victoria to find a portrait of Earl Temple, one of the owners of Stowe Gardens that we had visited in England. The Gallery is being renovated so our quest was unsuccessful. We also check out the circular bus service that makes in interesting trip around the central business district. The Botanical Gardens are colorful and the site of a couple of weddings. Soon we have to return to our hostel as Dawn and Marcus arrive ready for our next leg of the journey.
