Our Medical Mission from Trinity Church in New Orleans has gone to Nicaragua once a year since the mid 90s.
We are now based out of Jinotega, a town in the north western part of Nicaragua.  After we arrive on a friday and work in clinics around the area, we head off to the southwestern beach of San Juan del Sur and have a few days of R & R @ Piedras Y Olas resort.
