Well today I had fashion studio and my first class of fashion illustration. It was really awesome because we started a project to design a beret! We didn't have to actually make the beret, just decorate it and such. So I got super inspired by the tons of zippers and such, so mine consists mainly of zippers! There are a bunch of colored ones on the top, a black one around the edge, and a big bow made all of zippers on the side. There are also two buttons, but like the zippers, they serve no real purpose. I’m pretty much finished with it; I just have to finish up sewing the bow on. I’ll put up some photos soon. Christine and I spent forever in studio today, which is why we got so much done. She finished hers, it is sooooo neat! It’s like a super sweet French couture head piece with tulle and lots of other fun stuff on it. Our professors said we will wear them when we go to Paris, how prefect!

In fashion illustration we basically just watched a slideshow of all the different style of drawing and then he told us to draw a skeleton. Haha this was funny. Anyways I’m not the best artist, so it took me some time… and it didn’t help that Nina (one of our professors) came about to mine, laughed, and walked away. Oh jeeze, I’m in this class to learn the proper techniques, I know I’m not that great lol. I guess they just wanted to see everyone’s basic skills.

The other day I bought some soy milk (soyá mélko), and it is scrumptious!! Idk I was just amazed at how great it was, it was a nice surpriseJ.

Tomorrow is Thursday, YAYYYY! That means, it’s the weekend for everyone here in Praha! Christine’s friend is coming and is going to take us on a 'guided drinking tour’ or something like that, and show us all the good bars he has been to around here… so that shall definitely be some fun. Especially since this will be the first weekend we are staying in Prague (last weekend we went to Césky Krumlov). I really want to go shopping, or at least buy something that isn’t food or alcohol… haha. Christine and I keep passing this nail place that says "Happy Hour", we are guessing it either means yay drink specials, nail specials… or both! How great would it be to drink while you were getting your pedicure! Unfortunately that is the only thing on the sign/door that is in English… haha so I guess we’ll have to ask. Also, something crazy is that everywhere around here closes so early!... except the bars, they almost never close.

Alright now, I have to wake up earlyyyy for class in the morning... it’s going to be a long day with 3 classes. But horary for the weekend!

Dobron noc!
