Tips for travellers:
1) Denali RV Park Savage River campground was o.k. for $22 a night, strict usage hours on generators (4 hours total from 8 till 10 and 6 till 8), and offering toilet facilities only);
2) You can dump at Riley Creek for free if you camp in the park otherwise it is a $5 fee

Popped into Seward for breakfast, a very cool small harbour town lined with snow capped mountains. We then commenced our 6 hour (with photo and eating stops) drive to Denali with a pit stop back in anchorage to refuel and stock up. Drove 643 klms today (400 miles), 10 hours in total! The drive was stunning with plenty of landscape and wildlife to keep you entertained along the way - glaciers, snow capped mountains and lush green trees, beautiful. Even with an overcast day the scenery was amazing. As soon as we entered Denali national Park we saw a moose, a sign of the wildlife to come.... After checking into our RV Park we saw another.
