Ushuaia is the most southern city in the world...
On the bus i made a Swiss friend and we hung out together for 3 days. We did a boat cruise inthe Beagle Canal where the Pacific Ocean meets the Atlantic and further south meets the Antractic Ocean. We saw Sea Lions, Fur seals and wierd looking birds called Comorantes. We also past Argentina`s most southern lighhouse. Great trip with delicious hot chocolate on board... The next day we went horseriding in the Santana mountains and then washing the horses down with a swim in the Beagle Canal!!!! (the horse not me, too cold......brrrr). In the afternoon we did a hike in Tierra Del Fuego National Park which is home to end of South Americas last road, the A3.
Our hostel threw an Asado!!!! Not just a BBQ, and Argentinean ASADO!! Wicked meat, chorizos and salads. Truly stuffed!!! More thumbnails ...
