Where to start on this amazing city??????! I planned on staying 3-4 days, 10 days later i was on a 20 hour bus ride out of Buenos Aires!!! You may think "20 hours on a bus!", but let me tell you i welcomed it as i was looking forward to some sleep, finally. In the 10 days in BA i think i averaged about 4 hours sleep a night (or should i say day...). From the night i arrived it was party time, getting to sleep anywhere between 4 and 8am and waking to do a little touring before the party started again in the afternoon. You can walk the streets of Buenos Aires at any time of day and night and apart from light or dark there is no difference, this city TRULY does not sleep. People do not go out before 2am. I have travelled a lot of the world and never found a city like this before...awesome....

There are some beautiful parts to Buenos Aires. Caminito in La Boca where the houses are rainbow coloured, San Telmo with it´s Sunday antique market filled with buskers and stalls and restaurants and bars, Palermo SOHO with it´s chic restaurants and bars, Palermo Holywood and Palermo Viejo with it´s beautiful parks, or the horse races where i won (not much but was a win none the less!!), Recoleta where Evita was layed to rest, or the magical centre where you can shop all day at the Gallerias Pacifico shopping mall on Cajje Florida, people watch or see a tango show at the old famous Cafe Tortoni as we did or visit the momumnet of Buenos Aires, the Obselisco, or the Old theatre Colon or sit at a sidewalk cafe and watch on old tango singer perform for you. Amazing. We took a taste of history and visited the Rosada and imaged Evita speaking to thousands of Argentineans in Praca De Mayo. For a touristy fell we headed to Puerto Madero, very similar to Sydney´s Darling Harbour with restaurants, bars and museums to visit. Nice.

I wont even go into the bars, clubs and nighlife as i dont think this site allows enough characters and i dont have the HOURS to write about it all. But i will say this, if you are in Buenos Aires make sure you stop for a meal at Magno in Palermo for the best meal and atmosphere you will ever experience. I loved that place, Fatboy and Tiesto live DVD´s playing while a DJ above the door spins vinyl..... groovy...

I also go the chance to see Maradonna´s old club `Boca Juniors` play verses Velez and won 3-2 at an away crowd that ended in riots. Wicked!

I met some great people in Buenos Aires and had a great time with them. Including my new Brasilian friends who called me the "anjo" or angel. I still dont really know why though....

Great City, great time. Definately a highlight of the trip.
