A quick 15 taxi ride and prest i am in Brasil!!! Then caught a 2 hour bus Manaus> not much to say about Manaus really apart that is is the entry point to the Amazon. I took a boat ride where the Rio Negro and Rio Solimoes meet to create the Amazon river. Amazing as the Negro is black and the Solimoes is brown and where they meet is a clear line between black and brown. Took a flight from manaus to Belem.
