Living The Dream (LTD) began today! Arrived in Caracas the capital of Venezuela to find the main bridge that connects the airport to the rest of the city had collapsed! Had to scam my way onto a World Social Forum convention bus for the 3.5 hour ride into town on winding roads. Had to lay down on the seats to stop myself from throwing up! Finally got to my hotel at 3am only to find they didn't have a room for me...... not a good start to LTD.... Didn't stay in Caracas long, quite simply it was a crap city!!
