This time around we had the pleasure of staying with Rosi, a friend of Honor, a friend of mum!!  We've had a fantastic time here, yummy food, luxourious living, a black lab to cuddle...what more could we want!!  

Rosi has been so kind and welcoming and introduced us to all these bits of Auckland we missed the first time around!!  We've walked up one tree hill, taken a trip up mount Eden (actually a volcano) - from which you have a 360o view of Auckland and all of its sprawl, plus all the other volcanoes in and amongst the city!  We've seen the museam, the docks (including tiered boat storage - has to be seen to be believed) and the surrounding beaches and islands, of which there are many! 

We've managed, we hope, to get everything we need before we dissapear off to S.Am today, so were all set.....Chile here we come!!
