We arrived in Gutemala City an hour ahead of schedule, which was great. We had hoped to get a cheap "chicken bus" to Antigua, but getting a taxi to the next bus station was going to cost as much as the shuttle service to Antigua, so we took the easy option!

Only 45 mins in a nice comfortable shuttle for $8.

So many countries which I have heard of, but know nothing about, so thank you for your brief insight. The only country in Central America that I know something about is Belize, because your Dad went there when he was examining. The one thing I remember is open sewers running through the streets!! if you go there I hope it is more civilised now!! Enjoy your last month!! Wow! where has that time gone? Love Mum.

OK, so for the first time in 4 months you have read quicker than I have written!!!! Sometimes I just wish I could tell you all of this, because it doens`t seem than interesting when I read it back!But if you are reading it, I will keep on writing it!!!
