Off to the Jungle!!!! (Fingers crossed)

Today we fly to Rurrenabaque for one night and then we are taken on a 5 hour boat journey into the jungle tomorrow and spend 4 nights at Chalalan ecolodge (right in the jungle).
We are very excited, but also a little worried as we have to fly in a tiny 10 person plane and the flights frequently get cancelled due to the weather. We are flying from the highest international airport in the world at just over 4000m. We thought we had no worries as the weather has been great, no rain, just a little cold. Then last night as we got into bed the heavens opened! I guess we should have known there weuld be a good chance of this when we went out to see the lunar eclipse and the moon had disappeared because the clouds had moved in.
We had a huge storm and it sounded like it rained all night, so we may not be flying today!
I have had real problems getting photos on to the web site, it takes ages, so I still have Sucre and La Paz to do, but I am going to try and do as much as I can before we leave. I know we will have loads of photos from the jungle, so I wanted to get up to date before we left, but oh well, I can´t do anything about technology!

Also some of you have noticed and made comments about the growth on Epi´s chin. I have done everything in my power to get it removed, but it seems to be a permanent fixture, if anyone has any known cures for this type of growth then please do let me know!!!!!
OK, that is it for now, will be back in about 5 days, unless we get stuck in the jungle due to the weather, which is also highly likely.

Buy some Immac and smear it on when he is asleep. Difficult to get in the jungle maybe!

stick things on it whilst hes asleep like chewing gum and crisp packets and he will have not choice but to chave it off! euww rid rid rid :-) enjoy the jungle..Epi will be fine with his new furry attire xxx
