Got up early to see the guys off. We had breakfast and then walked with them to the bus terminal, as suspected it was crazy! The end of the fiestas was yesterday and as a result there was a lot of people trying to get out of the town. We looked after the bags and Gary and Mícheál went off to get tickets for their journey back to Villazon, but it wasn´t that easy. They are trying to get back to Salta and then on to Iguazu Falls in Argentina, but it is a bloody long way and it is not that easy to find out information about buses beyond Bolivia. Anyway eventually they got a bus, which was leaving at 10.30am and then they were going to try and get a connection once they walked back across the border. After getting them a bit of fruit to take with them we said our goodbyes, I got a bit emotional, so they were probably glad to get rid of me!!!!!
We went off to do boring things like sorting out the washing and planning our onward journey and of course update blogs!!!!
After updating the blogs we decided to go and buy our tickets for Potosi, after having seen the madness that the guys went through we decided to get the tickets in advance! On our way to the terminal who should we see, but the guys!!!! We had left them 2 hrs before to get on a bus, could they not leave us, was it all too much for them??? No, their bus hadn´t turned up from La Paz as the roads were so bad, no surprise there then!!!! They had decided to go and get some lunch and were on their way back into town. We went and got our tickets $80 Bl and then too headed into town to get some food. We walked straight into the restaurant where the guys were, seems we can´t leave each other! We said hasta luego and they were on their way once more.
Not much else happened today, we are pretty tired after the last 4 days, so got an early night - again!

Make Shiv's Blog Into 5*
Hi, it seems that if you vote on the quality of Shiv's blog it will become a 5 star blog. I have just done it (don't ask why!) and it went from 2 stars to 4 stars. I am only the second voter. I don't know what advantage this has and everyone now thinks I have been on the coca leaves!!!
