Whitehorse, Yukon Territory

We spent only a day in Whitehorse, the provincial capital of the Yukon Territory. Knowing that we would come back through on the way out of Alaska, we decided not to visit any of the "tourist attractions." We stocked up on paper supplies and groceries at WalMart, and we were amazed to see a huge number of RVs camping out in the parking lot. This apparently is quite common at many WalMarts, and the RVers probably do plenty of business in exchange for the free site. We do not have any plans to take advantage of that option, as it's too tough to sleep with all the bright lights and noise, and Lexi is not in favor of "doing her business" on asphalt!
