WOW I got in last night at 11 and it has beena whirlwind 24 hours! I dont have time to write but thought I would say HELLO I AM ALIVE!!!
My first 2 min in Iceland were greeted with Vigdis and my new gay boyfriend Atli! We jumped in the car I was handed a beer and we were off to a bar with FREE ALCOHOL and free smokes! At 1 we dropped Atli off at work adn Vigdis and I went home and sat talked and drank before I knew nit ist was 330 in the monring and we were in a cab to the gay bar where Atli worked!!! We then gay bar clubbed it haha met some other crazy gay men who are apperantly FAMOUS in iceland for decorating on tv! alright! So we went with them to ANOTHER gay bar! left them walked down the lightly lit street MIDNIGHT SUN!!! and it was wild people just coming in adn out of clubs it was 430 in the monring! i then got my ass grabbed REALLY HARD bya beautifal woman! umm ok!!! We ended up going to a few more bars getting our berakfast for the next day 2 frozen lasagnas! and taking a cab home it was 6 something we eneded up just staying up and gabbing till 8 something! Got up this afternoon adn we went to the blue lagoon!! AMAZING
We then went to Vigdis´s friends place where she is showing around dutch people and vigdis and her friend sang for all of us! we just finished dinner at her mom and dads it is so great to be here her family isso amazing warm and welcoming and OH MY GOD THE FOOD best food I have eaten since coming to Europe!
Well we are off now to meet some other new friends!!!
Tomorrow we are jumpin gin her car with a tent and sleeping bags and driving around the country! Should be back around the weekend just in time to party!!!! I can´t believe we are goiong camping and just in random spots all over the country! beside streams the road whatever! AGHHHH
LOVE it here and it hasn´t even been 24 hours! WILD
