Okay, third try at typing this. Internet in Eastern Europe's not the most reliable. I shouldn't complain...

So due to my negative first impressions of Prague, I wanted to leave town as soon as possible. Chose Cesky Krumlov and taken in by the beautiful cobblestones, narrow alleyways. A slower pace. And most of all, nicer people. Saw many Taiwanese tours who were there for 3 hours only. THey would snap photos every third step. This is truly a special town and if I go back later, I'd stay for at least a week. Would stay at Krumlov House, hands down.

Met another Malaysian traveller on the bus (I don't know what is it about Malaysian girls and me. We always seem to find each other. Hadn't had to speak in fluent English for days now). WE decided to celebrate Moon Festival together with a traditonal Bohemian feast at Two Marys. Though there were rainclouds covering the moon, we insisted on sitting outside for the ambience. They even gave us blankets and pillows so we felt even more teleported into t16th century. Had wild pheasant.

Toured the castle with its stunning Baroque theater, one of the two best preserved in Europe. It even had its original sound effects equipment and set changes. Also tried the Gypsy Bar serving fair goulash.
