After more driving through gorgeous scenery, we arrived in Seward- still gray, cold and rainy.  We checked into a Swan's Nest Inn, or Bed and Breakfast for the next few days.  The place was actually an old historic building converted into an inn.  It wasn't quite what I expected.  Up until this point we had been staying in out own, private cabins, free to be as un-social as we pleased.    Now we were holed up in a small room, and forced to exchange small talk with strangers whenever we left its safety.  Not exactly myself or Rick's cup of tea.  I'm not sure what I was thinking when I booked the place....
