Upon arriving in Sao Paulo by bus we took the metro to our next destination.

The house of Ivan and Wilma, two artists/recyclists and all around awesome people.
THey made us feel right at home while we settled in for the next few days as Ju had some errands to take care of.

We didnt do a whole lot so ill sum up the stay in one post, before we move on to Sorocaba (again ;))

During our stay in Sao Paulo, which btw have almost 20 million inhabitants compared to all of swedens 9 million makes it quite large to travel through, we met up with Damares, Raphael, Ilana at the museum where we took a strollthrough science and its wonders, the finale was a gargantuan Pastel and even bigger Mortadella Sandwich at the Market before returning to our hosts.

We also met up with Ju's god parents who took us of a tour of SP by car, we got to see all the sights like the main avenue, the park among other things.. also the Brazilian IKEA .. Tok&Stok.
It was funny to watch how they copied everything but also managed to add some innovation and new ideas rather than rehashing the IKEA concept.

The night ended at their house with some delicious Sao Paulo Pizza.

During my stay here in Brazil ive come to the conclusion that Brazilians eat all the time and the time inbetween is spent talking about what to eat next.

All this was squeezed into a few short days before we headed back to Sorocaba for the next point on the agenda.
