LA and the bimbo travel agent

Everyone knows how much I hate LA, but not how much I hate LA after flying melbourne-auckland-LA without any food because my bimbo travel agent (the supposed manager which I have now been informed is no longer with the company) didn't book my veg meals despite consistently reassuring me to the contrary...
She also assured me the airport i needed was only 15 min shuttle bus from LAX when infact it was more like an hour in a cab. Death to all travel agents! No just kidding only the evil ones.
