Chucking out a few rounds in Cu Chi

Went to the Cu Chi tunnels near Saigon today. It's a 250km network of underground tunnels where the Viet Cong hid and often lived during the war. Was really claustrophobic crawling through them because you're on your hands and knees and it's really dark and unbelievably hot. We lasted 30 metres before dehydration started to kick in! Really worth a look though.
They also had a shooting range on site where you could shoot off a few rounds with guns used during the war. We tried out the AK47 rifle (my shoulder still hurts), The M16 assault rifle and the M60. They supplied ear muffs but glad we brought ear plugs with us, those things were bloody loud. After that we went to see Christina Noble's Sunshine centre for street kids back in Ho Chi Minh. On to Cambodia soon....
