Slept in a bit then lazed around the house in the morning. We decided to walk to Oscar's supermarket but even with Joe's map we still got lost and had to call him to come and rescue us. Stocked up on supplies for our plane trips etc. We ate lunch around 3pm and Joe and his friend drove the kids to the airport while Mike and I went with Helene to her office.

We were going to help her hang some new pictures on her office walls but she had no tools and even though Mike borrowed some things from Alphonse next door, because the walls are solid concrete it was almost impossible. We ended up going to City Stars mall to buy an electric drill and also some energy efficient light bulbs as several in Helene's office weren't working. Joe had come with us and we looked at laptops with him before heading into Spinney's. Found a cheap drill, light bulbs and also dog food for Fluffy and washing powder. It was the first time Joe had been in Spinney's and he was enjoying looking around.

Back to the office to put the lights in and drill holes for the pictures. It took ages and we didn't get home till after 9pm. Helene ordered us pizza and by the times it was delivered and we ate that and chocolate cake for dessert, it was after 11pm by the time we got into bed. Adrian called about 11:15 to say they'd arrived safely in Dubai.
