Mike and I woke early and walked down the road to the small market area. Even though nothing was open we looked in the windows, prices were mainly in Euros and lots of signs in Russian. when the others got up we trekked up for breakfast, then lazed around the pool. Joe came down and joined us and the boys played volleyball. At 11:30 we went upstairs and packed our bags then up to reception to check out. Left our bags in luggage room at reception. we got a minibus to take us a little further down the road to more shops. Ate KFC then wandered around the markets.

Got a minibus to take us back to the hotel again. Had an argumentwith security guy who didn't want to let us in as we didn't have our hotel wristband on. Mike had to come and interpret cause Ange and I were ready to punch him. Lina finally showed up and we waited at reception to be picked up at 3:30 and taken to the airport for the flight back to Cairo.

Alanna was feeling really sick with her cold and couldn't handle Joe's teasing, so she was crying and miserable on the plane. She pretty much fell asleep as soon as we got back to Helene's place. When we arrived at Helene's, news of a bomb hitting a busy tourist area of Khan el Khalili, 1 of the places we were due to visit on Monday, so we've had to rearrange our plans for the next few days.
