I woke about 6am again and spent some time using the Internet. When everyone was up and ready we walked about 20 mins to Karama souk. Because it was Friday though, most of the shops were closed until 4pm. Lots of fake designer clothes - Billabong, Diesel, D&G t-shirts and heaps of fake bags. The more expensive ones in the store, cheaper ones upstairs or in a different shop. Didn't buy anything. We decided to catch a bus back up to BurJuman Mall as Alanna wanted to look in the clothing shop Zara. She found a jumper and a pair of jeans on special but the jeans were the wrong size so she only ended up with the jumper. We crossed across to Pizza Hut and sat in there for a meal before heading to Spinneys to buy some junk food for the plane trip. Then rested up before having to get ready for the dinner cruise. Adrian and Angela went back to Karama souk and said everything was open and it was really busy. The sellers were more aggressive, even grabbing Adrian's arm at one stage. They looked at fake bags in little rooms above the main ones. Ange bought a really nice wallet and a bag that she bargained down to 20dhs as it was marked.
Got picked up in the lobby for the dinner cruise which was OK, except for the fact that everyone smoked on board and they charged us something ridiculous like $20AUD for a glass of wine for Ange and I which we thought was included in the price. It was nice to see some of the city at night and see different parts of the Creek. The cruise finished after 10:30 and we were driven back to the hotel and went straight to bed.
