The drive to San Diego was exciting.  It took me an hour to get out of Los Angeles.  The traffic was heavy, but did move.  I drove around awhile to check out the Hollywood neighborhoods.  Its a very cool area with what appears to be good living areas. 
 
I took a photo of a very tall sailor and his girlfriend and the old aircraft carrier Intrepid. The Kiss

What a great statue and such a great tribute to that mystery couple way back when.
