Arrival in Shanghai

Shanghai is a much more modern city than Beijing at first sight. Many of the buildings have sprung up in the last 15 years and they are covered in neon. The metro is the easiest way to get around, but it was still very complicated so we got a bit stressed out, but it was worth it for the impressive and modern/ 1930s colonial architecture
