Just a quick entry, mainly to upload photos. Today was another typical day of classes, but I much preferred today's teachers to yesterday's. Todays lessons were about morning activities and navigation (to places), which are somewhat familiar topics. Right now I'm waiting around before my 1-on-1 discussion with a teacher, where I can just practice speaking to a Chinese person. I'm pretty hungry, but the food here makes me not want to eat. Also, I think Chinese people tend to gawk at me because I'm so obviously different. Here, it's not impolite to stare so people will just stare right at you any time for as long as they want. I don't really care though. I'm including pictures of the trip to the Bund and also pics from a club we went to- that was an eye-opener.

No news to report. We're all working hard. I think Barak is the nominee, although I don't know if Hillary quit yet. Someone told me she says she wants to be Vice president. All the old folks are having trouble figuring out how to work your blog, but I'll get them straightened out! I hope all is well. Love, The Gheeze
