This morning Robbie and me checked out of Wisma Delima and headed to Gambir Station. We grabbed some drink and pizza before we got the train. Within an hour we arrived at Bogor, where we were requested to get lifts by noisy taxi drivers, we made our way through the crowds and were greeted by someone from the tourist information office. He told us of the area and what there was to do here, but Robbie and me didn't want to buy the tour, although it seemed good, we had other plans and weren't convinced about it. We arrived at our hostel; Abu Pensione, which was a nice, relatively clean place, after we went to Cebar Raya; the royal botanic gardens, located in the centre of town, which was really pleasant and tranquil, a haven away from the hustelf of the roads and streets of Bogor. We liuved it up, perched upon stools in the cafe, De Denaun, overlooking the lush, green botanical gardens. The remainder of the day was spent exploring the streets of Bogor and tasting the street hawker food. Bogor is pretty small with not a great deal happening at night, so I felt we had pretty much seen Bogor, I watched a film on my walkman in the evening and went to sleep.
