Today we got up and went to see the Apostles in daylight, however they weren't half as impressive as yesterday. We proceeded to Gibsons Steps to see the remaining apostles, with everyone trying not to get wet by the waves! I had some really nice photos with my newly made friends from Korea. Eventually after a long drive we were at a rainforest walk, we walked over boardwalks, past small waterfalls and beautiful rainforest to the 'big tree'. They didn't exaggerate when they named this tree, even though it had fallen it was gigantic and the inside of the tree was impresive. We then went to Apollo Bay, were we went for a walk in the blustery wind across the bay. However it was pretty funny as some of my Korean mates got lost and we had to search for them. We then got onto the famous stretch of the great ocean road, where the road is literally windey, snaking around mountains and hillside, on the one side of the road is the hillside and on the other side nothing but ocean. I couldn't believe how it snaked around for so long, it was an experience. Unfortunately it had rained really heavily along the way, however the drive wasn't spoilt, and it was a different experience and quite funny when we got out of the van to make lunch. In the evening I went with everybody from Korea to their hostel, where we enjoyed each others company and I got to learn more about everybody, what their dreams and aspirations were, what their favourite music and films were, i really enjoyed learning about everyone as much as possible. We agreed as we both had one day together tommorow that we should meet up early and look around Melbourne, I looked forward to it greatly.
