Today was a fairly chilled out day, I checked out of Magnums and by chance met up with Raphael, Nadia, Lucia and Jenny, who said they were on the same ship as me, the Habibi (aboriginal for 'My Darling'). We spent the morning in Airlie Beach with me hunting for cheap clothes with Rafa. We arrived at the port slightly early and had to hang around for a while but when the crew arrived to pick us up we were quickly onto the Habibi ready to explore the Whitsundays islands!!! We cruised around the islands for a few hours and in that time i was able to speak to many of the people on our boat; Steven, Kove, Kristy, Amber, Katie, Cassandra, Katie and Dominique (all from the USA). Kenny (from Scotland), Ali and Ali (from England), Josh (from Canada), Jenny (England) and Sarah (England). Everyone on the boat were really cool and chilled out, but good fun. Everyone played card games in the evening until food was served: snags on the BBQ by our amazing crew; Shaz, AJ, Dave and Giles were really great, professional, but really good fun, wanting everyone to have a good journey but also fit in as much activities as possible. After dinning and more chit-chat we played some more card games and in the evening watched the stars come out. They were amazing, spectacular, there were so many and you could see the milkyway!! It was another fantastic experience and I got to sleep out under the stars for the first time and on a boat in Oz where there are a ridiculous amount of stars!!
